By accessing or using the Ministering Hands Inspections application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is owned and operated by Ministering Hands LLC doing business as Ministering Hands Inspections. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Ministering Hands Inspections provides a digital platform for contractors, inspectors, and tradespeople to generate, store, and manage inspection reports. We provide the software tools; we do not provide inspection services, certifications, or professional trade advice.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of the data, photos, and reports you generate using our Service. You agree that Ministering Hands LLC is not responsible or liable for any property damage, financial loss, legal disputes, or personal injury resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or faulty inspections documented using our software.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ministering Hands LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime, reliability, or accuracy of the software. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or completely error-free.
In no event shall [Ministering Hands LLC], nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
